These are two small licensed Assisted Living Facilities located in South Florida in the heart of the Country Club area of Coral Springs and Boca Raton, Florida. We specialize in assistance with daily living, which includes, bathing, dressing, grooming, laundry, meals, housekeeping, toileting and personal care.  It is a HOME AWAY FROM HOME, not an institution.

The facility is privately owned and operated and is licensed by the agency for health care administration. It is the policy of this facility to provide a clean, safe and friendly environment in order to ensure that our residents maintain their dignity, and live a healthy, happy and normal life.

Veranda Club Assisted Living The

Regal Park Assisted Living

Regal Park Assisted Living proudly serves seniors that need assistance with daily life skills and daily living needs. We strive to meet the growing needs of those persons that suffer from early stage Alzheimer’s disease and we do so at an economical price.  Regal Park is truly a unique assisted living  facility in that, “when a resident’s needs change, they can transition to a more appropriate level of care, right within the very same place that they have grown used to living in”.

Spreading the facility into several mini communities also allows for a smaller home-like feel in each of the resident’s living areas. Each “mini community” has its own activities, nursing station, medication management, dining services and lifestyle coordinators to assist with daily living. As such, we limit the occupancy of the community as a whole and are able to keenly focus on individual resident’s needs so that we may thoroughly handle the complications and challenges that go along with the early stage Alzheimer’s and dementia challenges.

We offer 24 hour supervision and caring aides. Additionally, there are third party visiting physicians and other specialty medical parties that frequent the facility on a regular basis. We have begun engaging in specially tailored activities for Alzheimer’s needs that seem to keep our residents entertained and supported throughout the day.

With the newest technology there may be some ways to manage elopement risks and wandering. Special options are available, please discuss these with the facility’s Administrator for which option sources would be best for you or your loved one. Please note that these options are not standard with the admission package and could be purchased at your request.

Grand Villa of Boynton Beach

GRAND VILLA OF BOYNTON BEACH is an Assisted Living community for seniors. We are within walking distance of shops and restaurants and just five minutes from the beach. Boynton Beach is a small town that is growing every day. We are also within walking distances of many area restaurants where families can enjoy a meal out on the town together. Our weather is generally in the 70’s to 80’s, and our pool is always available for that afternoon swim.

A Wonderful Selection

We have three senior apartment types. Our studios are approximately 300 square feet and are similar to a hotel size room. The studio deluxe has a living room and a bedroom in approximately 400 square feet. The one bedroom apartment has approximately 600 square feet. All apartments come complete with a refrigerator. We often receive comments about the spacious of our apartments.

We have 127 apartments here at Grand Villa Boynton Beach. Beautiful marble floors in the lobby make for a lovely entrance. The majority of gatherings and activities are centrally located near the lobby area so everyone can join in. Our beautiful dining area, activities area and lobby sitting-area overlooking the pool all make for a grand entrance.

Strong, Caring Professional Relationships

We work with at least six rehabilitation centers that are all located in the Boynton Beach area. One rehabilitation center, Cornell Rehabilitation, is part of Bethesda Hospital. We believe in strong relationships that encourage mutual success.
