Our Hollywood Assisted Living and Memory Care residents and residents’ families receive valuable peace of mind knowing that a certified nurse is on staff 24 hours a day. We also have a variety of physicians who visit Presidential Place on a weekly basis, along with a contract with in-house physical therapy and home health services for those residents who need it.

Prior to moving in we speak with you and your physician to find just the right level of assistance that will allow you to enjoy your independence to the fullest. Together, we will compose an Individual Service Plan (ISP) to guide us in assisting you. Fine Dining
Restaurant-style dining is served three times a day in our lovely group dining room. Residents can choose from a daily selection of entrees and our fine dining experience is prepared by a trained chef and receives nutritional support and recommendations from a registered dietician.

We strive to satisfy each resident with delicious dietary choices, sensational service and always accommodate special restrictions and requests. Snacks and beverages are available 24-hours a day.

To help alleviate any confusion or added stress, we keep mealtimes very routine for our Memory Care community. Residents all sit together at the same time and table each day.

Meals are served on colorful plates and tablecloths so that they can more easily distinguish their food. We also provide easy-to-eat snacks between meals, helping to ensure these residents get the nutrition and calorie count they need.
