Our community is less than a mile from The Gardens mall, and is convenient to great restaurants and only a short drive from the Gold Coast’s fabulous beaches. Prosperity Oaks is tucked away on 27 beautiful acres and includes a walking trail that takes full advantage of the lovely setting along a duck-filled pond.
